Cancellation & Refund Policy​

At Maggieheads Entertainment Private Limited, we strive to create memorable experiences through our curated events. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:
1. Ticket Cancellation by Customer

Up to 7 Days Before the Event: Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).

3–6 Days Before the Event: 50% refund.

Within 72 Hours of the Event: No refund.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.

We will notify you via email and/or phone in such cases.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event and haven’t cancelled as per the above terms, no refund will be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at apoorv@kaafikultured.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Processing fees, payment gateway charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

Tickets purchased via third-party platforms must be cancelled through them and are subject to their policies.
